In
a major initiative to expand and enhance market share, Pahwa
Enterprises has acquired Puriflair India, a SPX Air Treatment,
USA company (formerly known as Flair Corporation), which is
part of a FortuneŽ 500 company.
The acquisition is an important development in the Air treatment
and Airgineering sector |

in Baroda, Puriflair India, formerly a SPX-USA company, manufactures
and markets compressed air dryers and accessories. SPX Air Treatment,
headquartered in Occala, Florida, is owned by SPX Corporation,
a FortuneŽ 500 global leader in Technical Products and Systems,
Industrial Products and Services, Flow Technology and Service
Solutions.
Puriflair was established in 1997 when Flair Corporation acquired
Purifair and CleanAir. Purifair and Clean Air have been trusted
names for Compressed air accessories since 1984.
On Sep 8, 2003 Pahwa Enterprises completely acquired Puriflair.
Puriflair offers a wide range of standardised compressed air
dryers and accessories under the brand name Purifair
and a specialised custom engineered range under the brand name
Clean Air.
Puriflair's marketing is supported by a strong dealer network.
